Hello, I’m Noe Barragan. I design technology that delivers meaningful user impact and measurable business outcomes.

My career began in visual and interaction design, where I learned how clarity, emotion, and craft shape the way people understand and adopt new products. As I moved deeper into product and systems design, I became increasingly focused on the intersection of user experience, business strategy, and long term product vision.

At Samsung, I led the design of the first video calling experience launched across major U.S. carriers. That work taught me how to design for massive scale, align multi company stakeholders, and deliver experiences that improve both user engagement and business performance.

At Microsoft, my work on HoloLens fundamentally expanded my sense of what technology can be. Mixed reality challenged me to think beyond screens and explore how interaction models can amplify human capability. Many of the frameworks and patterns I helped develop continue to shape Microsoft’s spatial computing ecosystem.

Today, I’m focused on designing systems that feel intuitive and human while directly contributing to product adoption, retention, and long term growth. I believe great design is more than usability. It reduces friction, accelerates decision making, and creates momentum for both users and the business.
